What Data We Process
We process the following categories of personal and operational data:
- E-shop settings (URL, e-shop ID)
- Billing information (name / company, e-mail, address, company ID, VAT number)
- Records of switched orders (order number, time of switch, plan used)
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process personal data for the purpose of performing the add-on service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data the add-on cannot function.
How Long We Retain Data
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. Billing records are retained for 3 years after contract termination for accounting and tax purposes. Email addresses are retained for 3 years after the last contract.
Who We Share Data With
We share your data exclusively with the following processors:
- Fakturoid s.r.o. — for invoice generation
- Shoptet a.s. — platform integration (API for reading and updating orders)
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. If you believe that processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz). (uoou.cz).
